Bend radius, grain direction, reliefs and hardware clearances affect accuracy and cosmetic quality. Flat-pattern assumptions are validated against the chosen material, thickness and tooling.

Do you need a flat pattern?+

A 3D model and drawing are usually enough. We generate and validate the production flat pattern against our bend tooling and material data.

Can you supply complete welded assemblies?+

Yes. Welding, hardware, finishing and final inspection can be managed as one order.
